YesVideo is looking for a motivated individual to join our Customer Service/ Call Center Department. This position will work with customers over the phone to answer questions, train new users, identify and resolve technical problems. The right candidate must be a positive team player with excellent written and verbal skills and excellent computer knowledge. Excellent follow-through and flexibility is a must! Prior Customer Service/ Call Center experience is a plus. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Qualifications:
- Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Windows XP and Vista experience
- Understand the difference in 32 vs. 64 bits
- Experience using different DVD software
- Coaching and training experience
- MAC and PC experience
- Customer focused
