YesVideo Introduces YesDVD Digital Scrapbook Multimedia Software for Easy Editing, Sharing of Video and Photos

SANTA CLARA , Calif. - March 31, 2004 - YesVideoT, Inc. (www.yesvideo.com), the leader in digital media authoring, today announced its new YesDVD Digital Scrapbook multimedia software. Designed to enable consumers to easily edit and share their video and photo memories without the need to install complicated and expensive editing software, YesDVD with Digital Scrapbook multimedia software plays like a Hollywood movie DVD when played in a DVD player, and also performs as an easy-to-use video and photo editing application when run on a PC. The YesDVD Digital Scrapbook will be demonstrated at YesVideo's booth #2071/2073 at PMA 2005 (Feb. 20-23, Orlando , FL ).

Digital Scrapbook includes video editing software, photo editing software and a multimedia storyboard as a tightly integrated, easy-to-use application. As companion software that resides on a finished YesDVD disc along with the video and photo content, YesDVD Digital Scrapbook software is simple to use, with no software to install on the PC. The consumer can simply insert the YesDVD into the DVD drive of their PC, and Digital Scrapbook is ready to use.

With their video clips and photos already integrated into the Digital Scrapbook toolset, consumers can immediately edit, create and share their memories and prints and slideshows. Editing functions include cropping, rotating, and red-eye reduction, as well as easy selection of video clips. The final creation made with Digital Scrapbook can either be stored on a PC or burned onto a new DVD as an MPEG2 file. It can also easily be converted to .WMV format for emailing to friends and family.

• Digital Scrapbook has the video content intelligently chaptered and loaded in its Library, making the video ready to edit. In the process of creating the finished YesDVD, the "heavy lifting" of transcoding the video into MPEG2 files has already been performed.
• Digital Scrapbook enables consumers to easily capture and manipulate still images from their video footage.
• Digital Scrapbook software resides on the finished YesDVD disc and operates on a PC without the need to install any software onto the PC hard drive.
• Digital Scrapbook includes an easy-to-use graphical user interface, with drag-and-drop and point-and-click editing operation.

Pricing and Availability
Available only with the purchase of a YesDVD, the YesDVD Digital Scrapbook multimedia software is a great value, at only $9.99 with the purchase of a YesDVD digital transfer order, compared to PC software products costing $49.99 or more. Digital Scrapbook will be available through photo retailers nationwide beginning in April 2005.
