YesVideo to Offer Digital Imaging Services in Over 1000 Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy Drugstores

SANTA CLARA, CA – (MARKET WIRE) – May 15 , 2005 - YesVideo, Inc. (www.yesvideo.com), the leader in automated digital authoring, and Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy, one of America's leading pharmacy chains, are joining together to bring DVD transfer services to over one thousand Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy Express Photo locations nationwide. YesVideo's media imaging and digital transfer services will be available to consumers in all Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy Express Photo locations. The YesVideo DVD product, called YesDVD, will convert VHS tape, camcorder cassettes, movie film, 35mm slides, and photographs direct to DVD discs suitable for playback on DVD players and PCs with DVD-ROM drives.

YesVideo's patented technology automates the indexing and authoring of media content onto professionally featured DVDs. The service at Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy will be targeted to customers who want to preserve, view and share their precious memories. It is well known that videotape degrades and loses quality over time and movie film and slide projectors are giving way to DVD players and digital projectors. Moreover, as more consumers "go digital" for cameras, camcorders, and portable devices, they are moving VHS-based birthdays, anniversaries, and other events to DVD.

"YesDVD is the most comprehensive solution for consumers to preserve and easily view home movies, slides, and photos on DVD," said Greg Ayres, COO of YesVideo Inc. "The YesVideo partnership with Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy serves this growing market by adding the convenience of offering these digital services at photo counters in over 1000 locations."

YesDVD authoring adds an array of value-added DVD features:

-- Chapter points organized around natural scene breaks
-- Menu screens with visual images of each chapter
-- Custom DVD case cover sheet with images that serve as a content guide
-- Music video highlights extracted from the best moments and set to the beat of music
-- Optional on-disc editing software for use on PCs
