Where do I find my Groupon redemption code?
Log into your Groupon account to view or print your YesVideo Groupon offer. Your unique redemption code will be located in the middle of Groupon.
Where do I enter my Groupon redemption code?
During the online ordering process, you will reach an Order Summary page where you can enter your code. Simply enter the coupon code into the Coupon Code text field, select “Apply” and the amount will automatically be subtracted from your total order amount.
Are there any special instructions for using my Groupon?
Because the Groupon codes are single use, be sure to select our Direct to DVD option when you are asked how you would like to receive your digital memories.
If you select Transfer Only you will not be able to order DVDs as part of your Groupon coupon. We recommend that you select our Direct to DVD option. You’ll still have access online if you would like to further edit and purchase more DVDs at a later date (without the Groupon coupon).
How is each order priced?
Pricing varies depending on the amount and type of media you transfer. Visit the Services & Pricing page for full details, or go ahead and place your order online. There you can review your order and receive a price estimate before you reach the final payment page.
What can I get for my Groupon value?
The amount of materials you can transfer depends on the value of your Groupon. For $50 you can transfer and preserve tons of awesome memories such as 1 VHS and 1 film reel. For $100 you can transfer 3 VHS, 100 slides and 50 photos or 200 feet of film reels, 100 slides and 50 photos. The possibilities are endless! Have something else to transfer? What if I have more footage to transfer than my Groupon will cover?
No problem! Your order is not limited to the value of the Groupon and we will gladly transfer all the materials you send to us. Just keep in mind that your credit card will be billed for the amount that exceeds the Groupon value.
If I don’t use the full value of the Groupon, can I use the remainder for another order?
Unfortunately the Groupon code is single use only so it cannot be used on a second order. If you have credit left over after entering your Groupon code, we encourage you to find some more memories to include in your order.
How long does the service take?
Most customers receive their completed orders safely and securely via UPS within 4 weeks.
Can I use more than one coupon with my order?
Only one offer can be applied per order. Multiple offers cannot be combined when using your Groupon.
