I just wanted to write and express my appreciation for all your help and the help of other associates at YesVideo who are responsible for maintaining and creating new products for 8mm, super8 and 16mm film conversion to DVD.
My photo, slide and video tape conversion to DVD business has been around since 2002. While each year the business continues to grow, new products are needed to reach our desired sales growth objectives. With this August approaching, I look back on the last two years that I have been sending film conversion orders to YesVideo. Thanks to these conversion services I have been able to significantly increase sales and profits without adding staff to the business or incurring the cost of additional equipment.
While I was nervous at first about sending customer film orders from Ohio to California, experience has shown that there has not been one order that was lost in transit or within YesVideo. Even more amazing, not a single reel of any film order has been lost. Considering the significant volume of orders that I have sent, I believe this speaks volumes to the reliability of your internal control processes as well as the reliability of Federal Express in handling the orders.
From an end product perspective, the DVD case with chapter images and the Digital Scrapbook feature are great closing tools when added to the actual film conversion quality. Even with the reasonable shipping cost added, I can effectively compete with my competitors in relation to quality and price.
While I have not had to add staff to sell and process the film orders, realistically I do spend time with customers to make sure the film is organized in the best sequence possible prior to sending the film order. This helps to ensure the quality of the end product for customers. While this can be time consuming with some customers, the extra service is appreciated and usually results in additional referral business.
Lastly I wanted to thank you for your assistance when I have questions, issues or some special request. I have been impressed that while YesVideo is a large volume company, I still receive very timely and personal service. This makes it easy to confidently sell the YesVideo products because I know they are backed up by excellent support if a problem situation occurs.
