Tagged
As soon as we receive your package every single videotape, film reel, memory card and image is tagged with a unique code and tracked throughout the entire process. Your new DVD is tagged as well, and before we send it out we make sure everything matches up to your original order. That way, we know exactly where your memories are as they undergo the magic of transfer.
Up-to-the-second tracking
Whether in transit or being transferred, we track the status of your memories through both UPS and our own in-house tracking system, and so can you on our easy-to-use tracking tool.
