No. We do not mail e-Gift Certificates for home delivery. If you would like something to give in person, we suggest printing the e-Gift Certificate once you’ve created it. You can also send the e-Gift Certificate to yourself and download it for printing.
No, the e-Gift Certificate will not expire.
When you purchase an e-Gift Certificate, the recipient will receive an email with a unique e-Gift Certificate code. When ready, the recipient should then create his/her order on YesVideo.com and, when checking out, look for the link ‘Redeem e-Gift Certificate’. Once the unique code is entered, the amount of the e-Gift Certificate will be credited to the recipient’s YesVideo account, and the e-Gift Certificate balance will be $0. The recipient will also need to enter a credit card to cover any potential costs exceeding the e-Gift Certificate amount.
When the e-Gift Certificate is redeemed, the full value is credited to the recipient’s YesVideo account. If the recipient does not use the full amount, the remaining balance will be saved as an account credit for future use.
Yes. Return shipping ($9.99) will be charged during our checkout process. To send media to us, your recipient has the option to buy a pre-paid UPS shipping label (also $9.99), or use another shipper of his/her choice and pay directly at drop off.
When you purchase an e-Gift Certificate of $100 or more, you (the buyer) will receive an account credit of $25 to be used on a new transfer order placed between January 1 through February 15, 2021. You will be notified once your account has been credited.
If the recipient is unable to take advantage of the e-gift certificate, he/she can pass the certificate to someone else as long as it has not been redeemed at YesVideo.com. Once the e-Gift Certificate has been redeemed, the value of the certificate is added to the user’s account and cannot be transferred.
