How Much Does it Cost to Transfer Digital Media Devices?
Pricing is based on the length of digital video and digital images, and we only charge for the content successfully processed. If the final transferred content is different from the original order, we will send you an email to inform you of any refunds or additional charges.
We charge $32.99 for every 90 minutes of content.
If you're unsure of the number of digital images or length of video, select the number of devices you want to convert and we will send an email to inform you of any refunds or additional charges.
If transfer of a digital device is unsuccessful, you will not be charged.
Add a USB copy of your entire order for just $16.49. No need to purchase additional USBs for additional content like photo prints, film, or videotapes unless you want extra copies.
Our DVDs are priced at $7.99 per disc per device, and can hold up to 90 minutes of digital video or 771 digital images. The total cost for DVDs will depend on the total content you want to digitize. To get additional copies for sharing, simply add multiple DVD orders above.

The transfer price for your custom order includes a Digital Copy and MemoryCloud access, where you can view, download, order copies, and save your memories to Google Photos.

YesVideo can attempt to recover files from partially corrupted or unreadable digital media using professional equipment and techniques. While success isn't guaranteed for severely damaged devices, you won't be charged for any files we cannot transfer.

Yes. If your device contains files in folders or albums, we’ll preserve that original folder structure in your digital download or USB when possible. This makes it easier to navigate and relive your memories just the way you remember them.
Labeling your devices is optional, but helpful. You can use tape or sticky notes to identify what’s on each card or disc, and we’ll carry that label over to your digital folder names when applicable.
Absolutely. You can combine SD cards, USB drives, CDs, DVDs, and other supported devices in a single order. We’ll process each individually and return both your digital copies and your original media together.
That’s perfectly fine. Just send it in, and we’ll scan the device to determine the actual content length or number of files. You’ll only be charged for the amount successfully processed, and we’ll notify you of any price adjustments.
We do basic quality checks and enhancements like orientation correction and color balancing for photos and videos. However, extensive editing or restoration is not included. Your content will be digitally preserved as close to the original as possible.
Yes. If your digital videos were recorded in PAL or other international formats, we will automatically convert them to NTSC (U.S. format) for smooth playback on your devices. If we can't convert your media to NTSC, we'll let you know.
Yes. Once we receive your package, each device is tagged and tracked throughout the entire process. We use secure packaging on the return trip, and your files are also backed up for 60 days for added peace of mind.
No, we never delete any files from your original digital media. Your memory cards, USBs, or discs will be returned to you with all original content untouched.
