We only charge for the amount of video content successfully processed. If the final converted footage is different from the original order, we will send you an email to inform you of any refunds or additional charges.
We charge $32.99 for every 2 hours of content.
Simply select the number of tapes to order and we will inform you of any necessary refunds or additional charges. If transfer of a tape is unsuccessful, you will not be charged.
Our service also includes cassette repair and case replacement for preservation of your memories.
Add a USB copy of your entire order for just $16.49 . No need to purchase additional USBs for additional content like photo prints, film, or albums unless you want extra copies.
Our DVDs are priced at $7.99 per disc per tape, and can hold up to 2 hours of video. To get additional copies for sharing, simply add multiple DVD orders above.
As soon as we receive your package, all original media is tagged with a barcode and tracked throughout the entire process.
From the minute your media arrives to the time we ship it back to you, we monitor every single step throughout the operation.

Every video and image that we transfer is securely backed up for 60 days after your order is completed.
Tape durations vary, but most tapes are 2 hours or less. If your tape is longer than 2 hours, we will invoice you for additional footage in 2-hour increments.
If your videotape case is damaged, it must be repaired in order to process the tape. We will automatically repair your case as part of our process; there is no charge for this service. If your videotape ribbon is damaged, it will also require repair before processing. If repair involves removing any portion of your footage, we will contact you for approval prior to repair.
The transfer price for your custom order includes a Digital Copy and MemoryCloud access, where you can view, download, order copies, and save your memories to Google Photos.
For video transfers, the price also includes videotape repairs (case replacement and ribbon splicing), mold cleaning, and PAL format conversion.
Video transfers preserve the quality of your footage as it appears on the tape.
The digital file will typically be captured at 720 x 480 (same as MiniDV), which is higher than VHS resolution estimated at 333 x 480.
Your original media and containers will be returned with your completed order.
You will receive your completed order in about 3 weeks (includes processing and return shipping) from the time we receive your media; it will include your originals and any Digital Download, USB, or DVD you ordered.
